會(huì)議主題:面向下一代數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的科學(xué)范式:政策、實(shí)踐和平臺(tái)
隨著信息技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,全球科學(xué)研究范式悄然變化。為解決全球科學(xué)研究的數(shù)字化挑戰(zhàn),迫切需要面向多源、異質(zhì)、異構(gòu)、海量數(shù)據(jù),提供高效可行的綜合解決方案。為此,全球多國、地區(qū)和各科學(xué)領(lǐng)域致力于強(qiáng)有力的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)與探索,并同時(shí)推進(jìn)開放科學(xué)政策建設(shè)和實(shí)踐。面向數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的科學(xué)研究的政策和實(shí)踐,相關(guān)利益者眾多:資助機(jī)構(gòu)、科研團(tuán)體,乃至社會(huì)公眾。FAIR原則的推出更進(jìn)一步加速了科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理政策的貫徹落實(shí),并提升了大規(guī)模基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)能力,增強(qiáng)了學(xué)術(shù)共同體從容應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)管理場(chǎng)景的可能。
本次會(huì)議將為參會(huì)者提供基于全球化多領(lǐng)域科學(xué)研究的全新視角,致力于共同探討數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的下一代科學(xué)范式下的政策制訂、實(shí)踐推廣以及數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施平臺(tái)的支撐建設(shè)等諸多方面的最新進(jìn)展和未來展望。
