中國(guó)科學(xué)院國(guó)家科學(xué)圖書館在全院范圍內(nèi)開通試用Frontiers in China數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，試用期為6個(gè)月，即2008年1月1日至2008年6月30日。
資源簡(jiǎn)介：
Frontiers in China-Selected Publications from Chinese Universities（簡(jiǎn)稱“Frontiers in China數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)”）是由中華人民共和國(guó)教育部發(fā)起、高等教育出版社編輯出版、施普林格出版公司海外發(fā)行的全英文系列刊物，涵蓋自然科學(xué)和人文社會(huì)科學(xué)27個(gè)重要學(xué)科，以網(wǎng)絡(luò)版和印刷版形式出版。該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中包括的期刊，均為季刊，其中數(shù)學(xué)、物理學(xué)、化學(xué)、機(jī)械工程、電氣與電子工程、生物學(xué)、林學(xué)、歷史學(xué)、法學(xué)、哲學(xué)、教育學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科期刊于2006年1月正式出版；計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、化學(xué)工程、材料科學(xué)、地球科學(xué)、能源與動(dòng)力工程、建筑與土木工程、環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程、醫(yī)學(xué)、農(nóng)學(xué)、工商管理研究、文學(xué)研究等學(xué)科期刊于2007年2月正式出版；光電子學(xué)期刊于2008年1月出版。該系列刊物擁有眾多高校、研究院所、學(xué)（協(xié)）會(huì)的合作支持單位。
中科院此次開通試用的資源包括23種期刊，具體期刊清單見下表。
